Been sick for the last week or so, it has been running its course through the whole family the last bit. All the kids were kept home on Friday, and Zoe stayed home today again.
Kyra was really disappointed about not going to school on Friday for her field trip. On Friday she kept begging Janet to take her to school up till when the class left for the trip. This morning Kyra stated that she wants to repeat 5th grade (so she can go on the field trip that she missed).
Valentines day is this week (guys you better get it taken care of!), I asked Janet what she wanted last night (after already taking care of it) and she wanted to not be asked… I think I got it taken care of 
V-Day is different around our place, the day is really more about Kyra since it is her birthday, she is turning 11 this year. YIKES!
I have really been thinking about getting promise rings for the girls and all that that would mean, yeah I still can’t really talk about it yet. But I brought it up with Janet and she thinks the transition from grade school to middle school would be the time to do it. *Big Sigh* Hopefully by then I will be able to put two words together without crying like a baby. Who told these kids they could grow up!?
