Just finished my upper body work out for today. I am actually liking the afternoon/evening workouts, I tend to push myself a bit more and I am AWAKE! And I can typically find someone to make sure I don’t crush myself under the barbel (thanks Janet and Amy!)

I have been thinking about the whole blogging thing. Along with other things like ministry and what area(s) I feel called to. I really think I am getting some direction. At first I had it all under the banner of “Get A Life” Ministry but Janet, wise that she is, suggested that I call it “Life, WORKS!” I will post more about that at a latter time. But I am going to take a break from blogging. So this is my last post until next year.
