In keeping with the theme of the site. I am going to post my own reviews of hot sauces. In order to start easy I am going to begin the review with the Buffalo Wild Wings Sauces. The first sauce is Teriyaki. This is not a hot sauce but hey, you gotta start somewhere.
Buffalo Wild Wings Teriyaki
This sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings is the first sauce, farthest to left out of the set of twelve.
Personally I think this sauce is for the person who isn’t into flavor of any kind. If you aren’t into hot sauce and happen to get dragged to a BW3’s with a group of wing nuts this is where you should begin. The sauce has a very mellow flavor more salty than anything else. It does have a little of a tang of flavor to it, not sweet but not really sour either. This sauce just makes the wings wet and personally I think it would offen them as well. This sauce is more suited for some chicken fried rice and some mixed veggies. This one is safe for the kids. Not much use past that. If you like this sauce, I’m sorry.
Flavor = F ~ Heat = 0 ~ Sweat = 1 ~ Salty = 2 ~ Age Rating = G

1. Describe the time in your life when you were the coldest.
On winter when I was growing up in Wisconsin a couple of us went and rolled in the snow in our underwear. That was pretty cold.
The most recent time was the first winter in our house, our furnace went out during the coldest week of the year. The house got down to under 40. Getting out of the shower was pretty brutial.
2. What was the best Christmas ever and why?
This last Christmas was the best Christmas I have had. Watching the kids open their gifts was priceless, especially Evan. Janet totally surprised me with what she got me, not only did I have no idea what I was getting it was stuff I really liked and things I still use everyday.
3. What are your three best qualities?
loyal friend, outgoing, at times I have a good sense of humor
4. What bad habit would you like to change about yourself?
The fact that I always want to change something about myself.
5. I last cried because
my grandfather passed away.

One of the essentials from the grocery store included a bottle of the new Tabasco Chipotle pepper sauce. Can we say yum! Now I am not sure which Tabasco flavor is my favorite. It is either the Chipotle pepper sauce or the Habanero sauce. Still not sure, need to get another bottle of the Habanero sauce.
To reference the flavor I would say it is a combination of the Buffalo Wild Wing’s Hot BBQ & Smoky Southwestern sauces.
That is another thing to add to the list of things to blog about. I need to post my life story and I should start a hot sauce review. Any suggestions?

Actually the blessings started a little bit earilier than what I mentioned below. Yesterday we got a card in the mail from some dear friends that included gift certificates to the grocery store. So we got to get some essentials. Then to top off the evening without AC. We borrowed a fan from the in-laws and The Lord blessed us with a beautiful cool night last night. PTL!

Jesus came through today. Got to work late, for some reason it takes about an hour to get to work when you can’t go over 50mph due to the minispare. Got to work and had people looking for me, glad to know that my manager told them it was probably due to the tire issue. Got things taken care of and covered so we are good there, for now. But the big new for the day is, The Lord showed up! Steve, the guy who helped me change the tire yesterday has a plug kit at home and is gonna bring it in tomorrow so we can plug the tire. He has experience in this area. If nothing else this should give me a few more days until payday. Also heard from Jae regarding the central air at home. The service company did some checking and found out that our unit was still under the manufacture warranty so it will only run us about $500 to get it replaced rather than $1200+. Thank you Jesus! Now the topper! I get to play drums tonight!!!!!!!! I have to go do my happy happy joy joy dance now!

Got my home wireless network setup this evening. I guess this is maybe the high point of the day. Just to confirm, I need a new tire (confirmed screw in the flat) and the Central Air system is dead, needs to be replaced. However my D-Link Multimode 5Ghz/2.4GHz wireless router is up and running. Let me just say how awesome CompGeeks is!!! So as long as I don’t move too much and I stay towards the driveway side of the backyard… I can sit on the deck and blog. And since the AC is out it is actually a little bit cooler out here now than what it is in the house. I know GEEK ALERT but hey sometimes you just have to cling close to what you are. Dog is ready to go back in the house now. Over and out.

While at work today my manager walks in to inform me that I have a flat tire. Great! Since I hadn’t been outside since I got in (at 7am) I wouldn’t have seen it until I was leaving tonight. So I am thankful that he saw it. I tried to track down Jae to let her know and found out that our central air isn’t working. That explains why it was so hot in the house last night.
OK that’s the back story. Steve, another person in the firewall group, offers to help me change it. So we walk outside and start getting the car jacked up and he mentions the “Athiest” car is parked next to me (The car has a Darwin fish on the back.) and how it should have happened to him instead of me. I kinda laughed and said, “Well I am glad it happened to me cause I got someone looking out for me and he is just all on his own.” Reminds me of that scene in the movie Signs. Great movie by the way. Anyway I am off to Sam’s to get a price on a tire and then home to wait for the AC repair man to get there. More latter, hopefully.

This past sunday while we were in Wisconsin one of my second cousins was in the paper. Wausau Daily Harald – Cows meet computers: Farmers go high-tech Uses include checking
After the funeral on Tuesday my wife and I were talking to Mark. Forgot to get his autograph, darn. Anyway he did mention how he has dropped his PDA in the manure a few times, and it still works. Although I bet he don’t hold the stylus in his mouth!
