Children are truly a gift from God. Especially when they spend the whole day, passionately, singing the same two lines from a song over and over and over… to the point that is annoys their siblings. But it is the lyrics that mom and dad desperately need to hear…
God is Amazing! Every time I call out to him in desperation of heart, mind and soul He comes through in a mighty way. And I MUST Praise Him for that!

real life trumps blogging
if anyone is still reading this… got back from the DR trip on Saturday afternoon just incase A & P couldn’t get to the site in Philly, they did so I didn’t have to go to the site in Cincy. yeah! had sunday off and while the plan was to go to church as a family and just be a participant the family took priority (yes family does and should trump church activities) with 2 ppl sick and some other business I think the time was better spent. back to work today, very thankful to get to come back on Saturday because the rest didn’t get back until today. got home after another run to a pet store and just finished setting up the 55 gal fish tank and got to show it to Kyra, something woke her up she said (like excitement about her birthday) so I wished her a happy B-day and told her to get back to bed, after letting her see the tank setup, hopefully by Wednesday we can get some fish in it. big day tomorrow, and some big things going on in my life. I have dropped out of school (real life trumps school) and will probably be dropping some side jobs. will be focusing on building the media team at church so I don’t have to be so intimately involved. and I am trying to get a referral from work for consoling so I can work through my issues because ignoring them hasn’t helped, in fact it has made life a living hell for people who I care deeply about. also looking into some parenting classes, in hopes of reprogramming myself to not photocopy myself into my kids, they deserve much better! so my resume just got cleaner, I am now focusing on being husband, father, K employee (oh btw my old boss is now my boss again - at least for 3-4 months while my current boss is running a major project! that is flippin sweet!), web guy for the district and media guy for church. period. no more other ventures, my kids don’t need a bunch of money and stuff, they need a dad and I have already wasted too many days. so until whenever…
Need to get to bed… got a big, important day tomorrow. not sure when I will be around here again, when I started to type this I thought this was the end but maybe it shouldn’t be. and you know how blogs go, if I say this is the end it won’t be.
ps. go hug you kids and thank the people who make a difference in your life, especially your spouse!

Well today has been a whirlwind…
I flew to Philadelphia. Withdrew from school. Called about the house and made an appointment with a bankruptcy attorney (will probably cancel it since it is in Covington). Waiting on a call back from ‘work’ about EAP. Talked to the kids. Talked to Janet a couple of times. Oh yeah, I also had a cheesesteak (not very good one).
Tomorrow we are on the road at 7:15 to head to the DR site. The plan is to review our plan and divvy up the tasks during breakfast.
I really hope the Sun recovery works without any major issues this time. I would really like to see the city, the kids want a picture of the Liberty Bell. It also sounds like there are some special exhibits right now for Ben Franklin’s 300th Birthday.
Well if I don’t get to bed now I will probably end up staying up too late so I better… move it!
