Did a little googling tonight at the in-laws and my mother in law got a little freaked out because some of the family has their name on web pages. So just to prove that it is only the work of a web page spider I will show her the search in a few weeks. And then Letha Faye Umbstead will know that finding your name in a Google hit is really no big deal.

The supplements came in today! Now I can actually eat oatmeal again. One little thing to keep in mind, if you are ordering protein bars that are covered with ‘chocolate’ or something else that can melt. You may not want to have them delivered. They will be a little soft…. they are in the fridge!

Got 6 GOOD meals in today. Typically that isn’t an issue but it has been lately. See oatmeal comment above.
I also got in my first TPfitness workout. Took 58 minutes to get through chest/shoulders/triceps and I have learned a few things. (One of them being that if you can’t get the barbell off the stand there is no way you can do 10 reps.) I feel great tonight but I will be HURTING in the morning. Hopefully it won’t be raining tomorrow cause I don’t want to get wet when I go out to run.
Work is good. I spent 6 hours of time last week doing a traffic analysis only to find out today that I was given the wrong objectives and it is a total waste and I will have to completely redo the whole thing. I really hate it when non technical people are in technical jobs and they don’t have a clue. Guess I should know better but I wanted to get it done. *sigh* Well at least a couple people were impressed with the report. Need to keep reminding myself of that.
Need to get the garbage out and get to bed. Blog ya tomorrow.

I got this verse a few days ago in the verse of the day email list that I am on. I really like the verse and have a few thoughts on it. Hopefully I can make some time to get them up here later.
